After following up after three and six months, the sildenafil group reported experiencing substantial improvement in prolonging the time between penetration and ejaculation, besides reporting improved sexual satisfaction scores. The study demonstrated the effectiveness and safety of sildenafil in treating PE compared to the other two groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, earlier studies didn\u2019t support the same claim. A 2005 research split patients into two groups with half given sildenafil and the other given placebo.
