No, you do not need a prescription. The physicians on the Ultra Pharm Rx platform will write a prescription if they deem it safe and appropriate after your online visit.

We use licensed pharmacies that are online-only that provide the FASTEST and SAFEST way to get prescription medication delivered right to your door. At this time, we are unable to ship prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice because it would raise the cost of prescriptions too high for our customers.

In order to prescribe medicine, a physician has to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. So, Ultra Pharm Rx is only available in the states where physicians on the Ultra Pharm Rx platform are licensed. But we’re expanding rapidly. If we’re not available in your state, please email support@ultrapharmrx.com and we’ll put it at the top of our to-do list. ULTRA PHARM RX is not available in United States territories or internationally.

UltraPharmRx offers a variety of plans that include Sildenafil and Tadalafil. Plans start at $16 per month. You can view the available plan options in the account sign up process.

Tadalafil remains in the body longer, as long as 36 hours in most cases, and thus has a longer window of opportunity. Sildenafil, however, has a shorter four- to six-hour active time frame. For men that want to be able to have intercourse at any time, Tadalafil might be the better choice. Tadalafil can also be taken daily. Sildenafil is prescribed for use as needed. This might be a better choice for individuals who are looking to plan a special occasion.

If you ordered Sildenafil or Tadalafil, but it didn't work out very well for you, please let our Ultra Pharm Rx-affiliated medical team know and they will review your chart to see if another treatment is recommended. You can reply to the email our physician team sent you about your prescription to get another treatment plan prescribed, or log into your ULTRA PHARM RX account, go to your MEMBERSHIP tab, and click "Switch Plans." From there, you can choose a new treatment plan.
